I am currently a Programmer Analyst. I develop using VB6, VB.Net, C#, T-SQL. I would like to get more involve in data warehouse. Which of the Kimball book's should I start reading, and then after?

THe list of Kimball books are mentioned in Kimball Group website as well.
As a start you could refer to -
1. The Data Warehouse Lifecycle Toolkit
2. The Data Warehouse Toolkit (2nd Edition)

With your Microsoft background, don't overlook The Microsoft Data Warehouse Toolkit by Mundy, Thornthwaite, and Kimball. There is quite a bit of overlap with the other books previously mentioned so it is not a must-have if you are reading the other two, but it does explain how things fit together in the SQL Server/Analsysis Services world.
