SSAS & MS SQL - Admin Rights
Hi,
I would like to know how different people deal with the access to SSAS & MS SQL. In most of big companies it's only the support groups that are allowed to have full admin access to the production environment. How are the above two components (SSAS & MS SQL) dealt with in such an environment where developers & application specialists have a read-only access to it? I'm reffering to the specialist's support, releases, migrating to new infrastructure and alike.
What is the best practice, anyway?
Thanks,
Mira P
