RE:Connecting to Salesforce
Are you trying to connect to Salesforce using SSIS or some kind of ETL tool?
We just looked at few options. We are trying to upload/download from SQL server to Sales Force.
Option 1. Use DBAmpPro
Option 2. Use Pragmmatic works or Cozyroc's sales force connectors
Option 3. Use a ETL tool like Pervasive or Cast Iron.
Last option was use the APIs provided by SalesForce. I personnaly tried with the trial version of Cozyroc and it worked fine.

Re: Connecting to Salesforce
Thank you for your reply. Yes, we are using SSIS. We have Pragmatic Work's Task Factory, so I will most likely give that a try. We also have a product called Boomi that we may try, but it’s not my first choice.
Did you have any issues with the governor limits?
Thanks again.

Re: Connecting to Salesforce
cjrinpdx, I am in the process of choosing a tool to connect to Salesforce to bring the data into my data warehouse, and I am curious if you are currently using Boomi or Taskfactory, or some other product.
Are you using this tool to pull data into a database, and if so how has your performance been using the taskfactory/boomi/etc.? Any suggestions?
Thanks, Jason
