Dispatch Fact Tables Empty Dispatch Fact Tables

I have a 'SalesOrdersFact' table and want to do 'SalesDispatchesFact' Table

I order can have multiple dispatches.

I assume that I do not link them and some fields in the SalesOrdersFact table have to be copied in the 'SalesDispatchesFact' Table

Copied as in the two fact tables share common dimensions?  Then yes.
