Data navigation between different hierarchies

i all,

I must develop a report (I'm using Cognos BI 10.2) which uses a dimension represented using the following hierarchies:

All Regions All Groups
Region Group
Customer Customer

So I can perform drill down/up starting from Regions or Groups until to the Customers.
If I reach a Customer starting from Region is possible perform a drill up to the Group changing the hierarchy?
