Shoulddd i use multiple fact table in this case
I have dimensions namely Patient,staff,plan of care,therapy,date dimensions, insurance and fact table revenue and morover 1 plan of care can lead to many therapies and patient can admit as many times should i use multiple fact table??
Please let me know if my question is not proper??

Fact table represent diagnosis charge and therapy charge measures and the otherwarehouse keys...Please suggest me the appropriate model

Grain, measures and timing usually determine what goes into a fact table. For example, you have charges related to procedures and facilities. It is common that these are represented by two different facts because they are at different levels of detail (grain). Diagnosis is usually a multi-valued dimension supported by a bridge.
