Production quality "Template Master Package"

Hi

I am beginner with SSIS and I am learning from the following two books for building a new Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence solution:

- The Microsoft Data Warehouse Toolkit with SQL Server ...
- Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Integration Services Problem - Design - Solution

Although both books are good, I am struggling to use them for creating a Master Template Package that I can use for reducing development time and promote consistency across all packages. I want a Template Master Package that covers the following areas:

- Error handling (including email notifications)
- Logging (e.g. informational data such as duration to execute a package)
- Audit information (e.g. when a row was inserted, updated, ...)
- Checkpoints
- Transactions

Does anyone know of a free sample package that is of production quality and satisfies most, if not all, of the above requirements? Sadly the samples that come with my two books each only cover some of the above requirements. I am working on merging the best from both but as I am new to SSIS, this is taking longer than I thought.
