Dear all. I can't figured out how how to linking in my structure the promotion/deal dimensions to the fact table avoiding dupplicates line

The case is I'm developing a retail dwh.One of the datamart is at a very fine grain level.
Every line of the sale ticket.
For each item sold we can have more promotions attached to it , and for each promotions at least one deal.
In this case I can't figure out how to link the promotion dimension to the fact table with out having the risk of duplicated line of data.
Any suggestions?

Your best bet is to buy the DataWarehouse ToolKit by Ralph Kimball. Also do a search on this forum for the term "Many to Many Bridge Table"
