Incremental Load Testing -Type 1 & Type 2
Hi Folks,
I am an ETL tester new to testing.We have completed initial load of data and it was good. Now i need to test scenarios which some dimension's maintain history such as type -1 and type-2 ,Can any one please let me know how do i go about testing Type -1 and Type -2 .

Type 1 - Update a source value. Run ETL process. Verified change was applied.
Type 2 - Update a source value. Run ETL process. Verified change was applied to new row and old row was end dated.
Type 2 - Update a source value. Run ETL process. Verified change was applied to new row and old row was end dated.
