Product dimension with many options?

Product dimension with many options? Empty Product dimension with many options?

I'm looking for a recommendation on how to store the Product Dimension. The products are in some way similar to a car company. You have Brands, Models, and Styles, but also have many options like CD or Leather. Should all of the combinations be placed into a single Product Dimension with 3+ Million rows, or the Brand, Model, and Style are a separate dimension from the Options?
