Can I implement an attribute in DW with (Scd Type 2) although it is implemented in the Source system with (Scd Type 1) ?

Sure. That is the case most of the time. A type 2 tracks change from the point of view of the data warehouse. You detect and create historical information based on differences between what the new load contains versus what is in the dimension at the time.
