Purchase Orders Fact Table Design

Hi,
I need to build 2 fact tables the first is open purchase orders loaded from daily open purchase orders table daily,
the second is closed purchase orders loaded from master purchase orders weekly,
Also I have requirment to show the next 3 comming quantity and dates of open purchase orders by SKU
is having view as calculated fact table based on open purchase orders fact table the best approach to solve this?
any better idea?
