SAP Data dictionary Empty SAP Data dictionary

I`ve been working on BI for 2 years but I never had to do anything with SAP. I red an article from kimball university saying that discovering SAPs Data structure its hard and you should get a consultant with experience with this product. Anybody knows if theres a book, manual, website or anything that helps me to understand more about SAPs database for a Sales Dimensional Model.

There are lots of mat available at sap.com site related to SAP BI and its actually called SAP business warehouse.
In SAP its called InfoCube = Cube
