Managing Data warehousing Unit

I am working as data warehousing and Reporting manager.
I am responsible of managing the unit and helping my Engineers in data modeling and ETL design and developing Reporting some times .I am also responsible of running any data warehousing projects .Right now I am preparing for Data quality Project ,but it will be small project , I am also project manager for any BI tools upgrade .
Right now I am project manager of upgrading our reporting and Dashboard tools

Well, I am looking for any reference that will help me to organize and improve my skills in unit administration and tell me what is the best to manage and administrate Data warehousing unit ,and what resources to be used for good management .

We are being bigger from time to time and responsibility also is loaded .

Can any tell me his/her experience in administrating and managing his Unit ,and is their any book in this subject .
