Normal dimension or degenerate dimension? Empty Normal dimension or degenerate dimension?

Hello,

I have a field with the number of sessions per week and I need to group some data by this field. What option would be better, a normal dimension (key and value would be identical, from 0 to 7) or a degenerate dimension?
