Hi everybody my name is jean carlos im new in this forum and new in the world of business intelligence, im working on my first BI project and i want to know how to handle that In the fact table i have there are some records that apply to have more than one value in a dimension table of the model and i need to reflect that for example that a customer have 3 plans in the plan dimension, so i need to know how to count that in every plan.

1 row in the fact table per plan.

You need to define your grain to minimally be Customer, Plan (and probably Date of some kind).

Or add a bridge table between your fact and dimension table.

Here's a link that describes bridge tables. It's essentially an associative entity in normal modeling nomenclature.
