Zero Data Cube

A colleague of mine has had a request from a customer for a Zero Data Cube, it is not a term I have come across before can anyone here enlighten us?

There is a product called Cube-it Zero which does OLAP cubes. That may be what they are referring to.

From what I've read, when you see 'data cubes', think about databases. Each row in a database has cells and each cell contains data.

However, with a data cube, it can be 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional which makes it different than a database.
