A dimension with only one attribute

I need to sort the events of the fact table as "pending" or "finalized" and I plan to create a dimension to this situation.

example:
-------------
fatc_table
-------------
id_service
id_date
id_status
vlr_service

-----------
dim_status
-----------
id_status
status

Is correct to create a dimension with only one member?
In this case the information of the status field will only be:
1 - pending
2 - finalized

Hi,

one way you could create a Junk dimentsion where in you store low-cardinality flags and indicators of different types in one table.
