Microsoft Data Warehoue course material

I attended the "Microsoft Data Warehouse In Depth" course in Boston earlier this year. I am using the course book now for a project.

Are the demo projects available from the course book available (not the downloads at the published book's website)? For example on page 223 is a screenshot of the "Surrogate Key Pipeline". Is that actual project available for download so that the details can be studied?
