Financial Reporting data warehouse - web resources and samples needed

Hi,
I am planning to build a data warehouse for my company for the purposes of Financial reporting. I have done Kimball modeling for different business processes but not for Financial reporting. I'm looking for resources or samples that would help in building the ideal Finance Data Warehouse. The goal is to be able to create the three Financial Statements, and then possibly be able to do some adhoc analysis. Please advise if any resources, samples or any other tools are available that'll guide me in the right direction.
