Broken Links - DWT Book Resources

Hello,

Please forgive me if this topic should have been posted within a different forum sub section.

It seems that the link that is used to house the various Data Warehouse Toolkit book resource content is not available.

I am attempting to access this content via the following link which is reporting an Http 404 error:

Has this content been places elsewhere?

You can find the Tools & Utilities for the Microsoft Data Warehouse Toolkit at: http://www.kimballgroup.com/data-warehouse-business-intelligence-resources/books/microsoft-data-warehouse-dw-toolkit/

There are three red tabs on the page, one for the book description, one for Tools & Utilities and lastly one for References.
